When you sign-up to Smilenotes you get access to all features for free. We don't ask for your credit card up front, so you'll only be charged when you decide you’re ready. Simply choose a subscription plan when (or before) your free trial ends if you'd like to continue using Smilenotes. Just so you know, if you decide to subscribe to a plan before your free trial ends you'll still get all the remaining days left in your trial before we start taking payment!
There's no longterm contract for Smilenotes - if you choose the monthly plan you’re free to cancel your subscription any time you like.
Our subscription payments are managed by Stripe.com who are the industry leader in secure online payments. Stripe is PCI Level 1 compliant (the highest level of online card payment security you can get).
To cancel, simply go to the settings page once you’re logged in and select the 'Manage Subscription tab'. Even when you cancel, you will not immediately lose any of your templates or your data however it is our policy to permanently delete unused accounts older than 90 days unless you have an active subscription.
We’ll email you a receipt each time a charge is made.
It's simple to switch between payment plans anytime you like. When you switch you'll start the new plan immediately and we'll adjust the subscription payment so you only pay for the time spent on each plan.
