How to use a template collection

Overview

A Template Collection is a folder for keeping your note templates organised. You can have multiple template collections for different purposes. Additionally, other users may have shared their templates with you. This tutorial shows you how to switch between different template collections that are available in your account.



How to use a template collection

  1. Head over to the Notepad.

  2. Select the template collection you wish to use by using the dropdown menu at the top of the left side panel.

  3. The active template collection is displayed at the top of the left side panel. You can now create a new note and start using these templates.

    4. Notes : 

    You can only edit / customise your own notes templates. If an administrator has shared a link to their template collection you won't be allowed to customise these templates.
