Reschedule an appointment

Overview

Rescheduling a client’s appointment is a simple task and can be done by any user on your account.



Reschedule using drag and drop

  1. Left mouse click and hold on the appointment you wish to move, then simply drag to a free appointment slot on the calendar.

  2. Click 'Save Changes' in the booking panel to update the new appointment time.

Reschedule using the Move tool


  1. Click on the appointment to open up the booking panel.

  2. Scroll down and select the 'Move' tool.

  3. Find a free slot in the appointment diary and click on it to select the new appointment time.

  4. Click 'Confirm Move' to reschedule the appointment.

  5. Please Note 

    If notificaitions are enabled, the client will recieve an email notification to confirm the new appointment time after around 5 minutes.
