Booking an appointment

Overview

Booking appointments is quick and easy! Before booking appointments, set up your treatments and services. This allows you to personalize the duration and description of each appointment. For easier viewing, you can also colour code your appointments on the calendar. Click here to learn how to set up treatments.



Book an appointment using the calendar

  1. Double click on a free session on the appintment diary (marked in grey) to select the appointment start time.

  2. Start typing in the 'Client' field to search for a client. Select the correct client from the search results by clicking on their name.

  3. Ensure the 'Staff Member' is correct, then select a service/treatment from the dropdown list.

  4. Check the treatment time and date (amend if necessary) then click 'Book Appointment' to complete the booking.

  5. Please Note 

    If you have more than one Location set up, make sure you are using the correct calendar before you make a booking!

Book an appointment from the client profile


  1. Open up the client profile and select 'Add Appointment' from the menu.

  2. Complete the options in the booking panel then click 'Book Appointment' to make the booking.

  3. Please Note 

    If you have email notifications and reminders enabled, the client will receive a confirmation email after around 5 minutes.
