Adding Charts To Treatment Notes

Overview

Use diagrams or charts alongside your clinical notes. Draw on diagrams using a finger, stylus or mouse. The chart tool works on any device!



Add a chart to a note

  1. Start a new note and link a client to the note.

  2. Select "Add Chart" from the menu.

    3. Please Note 

    Charts can be edited for 24 hours after creation.
