Add a note to an appointment

Overview

Sometimes it can be useful to add a note to an appointment that everyone on the account can see when they view the schedule. For example, you may wish to record a note to remind you about a payment, if the client is a bit nervous, or if they’re likely to be running late on the day.



Add an appointment note

  1. Click on the appointment to open the booking panel.

  2. Type your note into the 'Notes' section then save changes.

  3. Click on the note icon on the appointment to quickly view the note.
