Add a new client

Overview

Smilenotes helps keep your client records organized and conveniently in one place. To get started, you’ll need to set up a profile for each of your clients. Within each client profile, you can store data such as contact details, files, clinical notes, and more.



Create a new client profile

  1. Click the “+Create New” button from the navigation menu and select “Create Client”

  2. Enter the client details then click the “Save” button to update your changes.

Now that you've set up a client, they'll be visible in the Smilenotes search results, allowing you to quickly access their details whenever needed.
